Free Delivery is available for all UK orders.
Free Delivery is available for all orders over £100 for Australia, New Zealand and USA (all scarves)
For orders for Europe all import duties and charges are included in the delivery price, so free delivery is not available.
Order Processing
Orders received before 12 noon UK time on Monday-Friday will be processed for despatch the same day.
Orders received on public holidays, weekends or after 12 noon UK time will be processed for despatch on the next working day.
Despatch
Processed orders will be despatched by post or courier using a tracked service.
We will send you a tracking number when the order is despatched. You may have to wait a number of hours for the parcel tracking information to become available on the courier's site.
