Can I change my mind?
Yes you can return an unused scarf up to 30 days after you receive your purchase. Returns are free. Please see our Refund Policy for more information.
Where are your scarves made?
Our scarves are designed and made in the UK.
Where are your scarves shipped from?
Our scarves are sent from the UK using a tracked service.
Which countries do you ship to?
We sell in the UK and to Europe, USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. If you live somewhere else (or wish to send a gift to someone in a different country) please contact us to discuss how we may help you.
Please note you may be charged customs and duties when purchasing from outside the UK. Please check rates so that you know how much to expect it to cost.
Example: Canada - 30% of the sale price will be charged by Canadian customs.
When will my order be delivered?

Why can't I see any tracking information?
You may have to wait a number of hours for the parcel tracking information to become available on the courier's site.
Are there additional costs like Duty and Taxes?
For UK customers there are no additional costs.
For European customers all duties and taxes are included in the delivery costs visible to you at checkout.
If you are in USA or Australia purchase of a single scarf should fall within your duty threshold so there would not then be any extra costs. However, if duty is charged, it is your responsibility to pay it.

Can I buy a scarf in a shop?
My Peacock scarves can be purchased in person at The Corsham Gallery. You are very welcome to visit the Gallery at 15 Martingate, Corsham, SN13 0HL.
What happens if I pre-order?
For pre-order products you will need to log in or create an account. Guest checkout is not available for pre-order products because we will need to communicate with you about your order. The date that the product will be available to despatch is listed in the product description for your convenience.
