Can I change my mind?
Yes, you can return an unused scarf up to 30 days after you receive your purchase.
Please email email@example.com to let us know you will be returning the scarf.
We cannot accept returns for used items, so please check that you are delighted with the scarf before removing any tags. If you wish to exchange your scarf, please use the returns process and purchase a different choice when your refund has been processed.
Returned items must be in the original gift box, unused.
You will need to pay the return postage. Please use a tracked service with insurance to cover you for possible loss in transit.
We recommend you re-use the cardboard outer box and carbon-neutral protective envelope.
Refunds are made to the card used for payment. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to request a refund.
If your purchase has not yet been shipped, the refund will be processed on the same day that you notify us (or the next working day if you notify us on a holiday or weekend).
If your purchase has been shipped, you will need to return the scarf first. The refund will be processed within 2 working days after we have received the return if the scarf is in the original gift box, unused.
It may take a further 7-10 days for your bank to credit the refund.
Note on currency conversion: if you are purchasing from outside the UK the amount refunded may differ slightly from the amount paid where there has been a fluctuation in the exchange rate. The exchange rate is set by your credit card provider.
Something wasn’t right?
Every silk scarf is carefully packed but on rare occasions things may go wrong in transit.
If a purchase arrives damaged, please photograph the damage and contact us at email@example.com before initiating a return.
